The Time is Now

Did someone say roadtrip??
No red plane's this time, instead, I put my trust in the driving skills of my partnerships sidekick Freek Huisman who picked me up in his new super cool red car π
The journey had a lot of laughs because Freek's jokes are as pathetic as mine π€£
We ventured off from our hometown of Amsterdam across three borders to a country and city:
that has the 2nd highest GDP in the world πΈ
where public transport is free π
that has a population of 525,00 and immigrants make up 43% of their population β
whose name originated from the Lucilinburhuc (βlittle fortressβ) castle bought by Siegfried, count of Ardennes, in 963 C.E., which marked it's foundation π°
Did you guess it? Itβs Luxembourg π±πΊ
The occasion?
We had the honour of being invited to raise the red Surfly flag at Vodafone's annual supplier event Arch Summit 2022 βοΈ
Right off the back of our wins at TM Forum's DTW and Huawei's Global scaleup competition π
The foundations are set to start building out another exciting vertical in Telco π
Who better to help us on our mission to build a world where online interactions have endless possibilities, than this red giant π
If you didn't get the memo, red is the new black π
Our booth 8D52 was conveniently placed right next to our partners Accenture and Huawei and the Main Stage and we ended up having over 30 interesting meetings over 2 days πͺπΌ
We were invited by the great guys at Tomorrow Street and they really did put on an incredible show, just look at this intro:
Founded in 2017, Tomorrow Street is a joint venture between the Vodafone Procurement Company and Technoport (Luxembourg government technology incubator) π€
The global Innovation Centre hosts and supports the next generation of strategic suppliers to Vodafone, and is a technology hub that attracts entrepreneurs and talent to the fast-growing tech sector in Luxembourg π¨π»βπ»
MASSIVE THANK YOU TO TOMORROW STREET AND ALL OF THE WONDERFUL SOULS THAT WE MET ππΌ
